-In the year prior to the start of World War 2,
the Nazis were not so worried about the world
thought about their anti-Jewish policies.

-A series of violent incidents known as Kristallnacht occurred.
-Over 7000 Jewish shops were smashed throughout Germany
coupled with the mass burning of synagogues.
-Up to 40000 Jews were rounded up and sent to concentration camps
-These events were retaliation for the shooting of a German official in the
Paris embassy by a Jew.
